At ARTEMIShine, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Please review our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Processing Time
We work diligently to get your favorite pieces to you as quickly as possible.
- Standard Orders: Processed within 12–48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- Custom/Personalized Items: Please allow 3–5 business days for crafting and processing before shipment.
- Order Changes: Once an order is processed and a tracking number is generated, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations.
2. Shipping Rates & Destinations
We currently offer shipping to the following countries: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand.
- FREE SHIPPING: On all orders over $49.00 (after discounts applied).
- Standard Shipping: A flat rate applies to packages under 400g. For larger orders, items may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure safety and efficiency.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.
- United States: 5–8 business days.
- Australia: 5–10 business days.
- Other Regions: 6–12 business days.
Please note: These are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance, severe weather, or carrier delays may affect delivery dates.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Tracking Number.
- Tracking information typically becomes active within 24–48 hours of shipment.
- You can track your package directly through the link provided in your email.
5. Taxes & Customs
No hidden fees.
- All taxes and customs duties are included in the listed product prices. You will not be required to pay additional import fees upon delivery.
6. Undeliverable & Return-to-Sender Orders
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
- Failure to collect the parcel from the courier or local post office.
- Repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.
A store credit will be issued for the value of the items only. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
7. Delays, Lost or Stolen Packages
While we work closely with our shipping partners, delivery delays can occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Artemishine is not responsible for courier delays, customs processing delays, or packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
- Once tracking confirms delivery, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the recipient.
- If you believe your package is lost in transit prior to delivery confirmation, please contact our support team so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.
