Return Policy
Products that are faulty, defective or don't meet specifications can be returned or refunded.
If this occurs, please email us at support@artemishine.com within thirty (30) days of the date of delivery to request a return or refund and provide detailed explanation and supporting documents for the request. We'll review your request and respond accordingly.
After thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, all purchases are considered final and are neither refundable nor returnable.
In the event of a part or full refund, the amount agreed upon will be transmitted to the customer’s debit/credit card that was used to make the purchase.
